Driving with Pullova

Driver Basics

  • Download the Pullova app from your play store
  • Click on sign up
  • Choose the option of signing up as a driver
  • Fill in your Personal information and upload various documentations needed (Drivers License, Photo, PSV License etc.)
  • Wait for verification of the documentation and, Voila! 
  • You can do this by clicking the home button then Service and help
  • On the service and help screen select report problem.
  • On the screen you can report the problem and attach a photo or video related to the issue.
  • Alternatively, you can call our customer support line and report your issue.
  • There’s a safety feature on the app to handle reporting Emergency situations
  • You can do this by clicking the home button then Service and help

Driving requirements

There are some of the documents that is mandatory for the driver in our verification process:

  • Valid National Identity
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Valid Drivers PSV
  • Valid Good Conduct
  • Safety screening at our office.

  • Model year from 2013 and passed our safety screening.
  • Must be a four door vehicle or above
  • Motor vehicle registration book/ Logbook
  • Valid PSV insurance
  • Valid Vehicle inspection report
  • Business permit
  • Partner National ID

Profile and account

  • Download and install the app from your mobile device’s app store.
  • Enter your Full name, email address, postal code, username, Phone Number and password.
  • Agree to Pullova’s terms and conditions and the company’s privacy policy.
  • Open your app and click home button.
  • Click on manage account.
  • Click edit profile

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • Kindly do not share your login details with anyone. 
  • Kindly contact our customer support line once you feel your credentials are exploited.
  • When you login to your drivers accoun after submitting your sign up documents, you will ger your application status until you are approved.

Booking Process

Open your app
Tap to open the app, then tap  the location add button next to the location text field.

Change your pickup
Type a new address and choose your location in the suggestion panel or drag your pin to any location on the map.

Confirm your location and choose your preferred driver
Tap Confirm to complete your request, choose your preferred driver from the nearby location and your driver will pick you up at the new location.

  • Tap to open the app on your mobile device.
  • Click on “Where to?” then tap + next to the destination box to add stops at any point before or during your ride.
  • The easiest way to tip your driver is through the app. At the end of your trip, you’ll be prompted to rate your driver. Once you provide a rating, you’ll be given the option to add a tip. Giving cash directly to your driver is also an option.
  • Anytime you take a trip with Pullova, please make sure you’re getting into the right vehicle with the right driver by matching the license plate, car make and model, and driver photo with what’s provided in your app.
